I have been pretty slack this summer on my eating habits and my exercise routine. Normally an avid runner, I have had to put that on the back burner due to a health issue and unfortunately my normally healthy eating habits also took a nose dive. Eating healthy is on my agenda starting ASAP!

If I had even an extra minute to read a book this summer, The Help would have been first on the list.
