Product Praise: Enjoy Life Foods

While I don't blog about it often, my daughter Lu has a life threatening egg allergy that is complicated by her subglottic stenosis (narrowing of her airway).  She also has a sensitivity to milk and soy which causes her stomach and skin irritation. So our house is egg free which is very hard for a little girl who loves treats and let's face it, almost all delicious and yummy baked goods have egg in them.

Well, that is unless you are buying any of the delicious products made by Enjoy Life Foods.  All of the foods produced by Enjoy Life Foods are free of the top 8 allergies including; wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish and shellfish. There products also contain NO: artificial ingredients, trans fats or genetically modified ingredients. They have a wide variety of products including soft baked cookies, chewy bars, cereal, granola chocolate chips and bagels. 

Enjoy Life generously sent my family 3 boxes of their soft and chewy cookies in double Chocolate Brownie, Lively Lemon and Snickerdoodle.  The cookies come packaged in plastic trays with 12 per box.

The cookies are amazingly soft and chewy.  We tried all three flavors and we each had our favorite. I thought for sure that I was going to like the chocolate brownie the best but I found myself reaching for another Snickerdoodle.  It was delicious and definitely tasted as good as a traditional one that I would make. Lu's favorite cookie was the Double Chocolate brownie and Eph came back and grabbed a second Lively Lemon.

And I am not sure you can tell if she really liked them or not [please ignore the drool]...
